NEW YORK – Last summer, Giants defensive end Justin Tuck led the 8th annual Celebrity Sweat Softball Challenge in Brooklyn, where the two-time world champion cocaptained the event with hip-hop artist Nelly. However, just days before the game, the sports and entertainment superstars teamed up for a special episode of Celebrity Sweat.
Celebrity Sweat is the No. 1 celebrity fitness campaign, using stars from the music and sports industries to “motivate and inspire” healthy living within the community. Each episode gives viewers an inside look at how some of their favorite athletes and celebrities train. The stars of Celebrity Sweat share their secrets, providing viewers with information they can incorporate into their own workouts.
Each episode also has a philanthropic component, which helps raise money for various children’s charities. This episode will focus on Tuck’s R.U.S.H for Literacy foundation.
This Celebrity Sweat episode features a behind-the-scenes look at how Tuck trains during the off-season and keeps in shape year-round. Nelly introduces his top workouts as well, and the two of them showcase their best in “training techniques.”
