According to head coach Jim Fassel, WR Daryl Jones has a mild stretch of the MCL, and is estimated to be out 10 days.

In the phone interview, Fassel said that Kevin Lewis, and linebacker Wes Mallard played well in the exhibition.

Fassel saw improvement from WR Ron Dixon, who showed some good blocking.

The biggest surprise player in the exhibition contest was the OT from Ohio State Tam Hopkins. Fassel said the OT had a solid outing.
