As first reported in The Star-Ledger, Michael Strahan has contacted the Giants and plans to return to the club.

Strahan alerted the Giants Friday evening of his intentions to play this season, and is expected to rejoin the club in time for practice on Monday.

It’s expected that Strahan will play opening night in Dallas.
