Giants Get Back to Work
"We had a great practice today," QB Eli Manning added. "Guys were moving fast. Guys were excited."
Left guard Rich Seubert did not practice due to his injured knee, but says he'll definitely be ready to go come game-time.
"If everything goes as well as we hope, he'll be able to practice next week," Coughlin said.
Seubert said the same is true of all of his mates.
"I don't think we're going to have to worry about momentum or being up for this game," Seubert said.
For LB Kawika Mitchell, his having to settle for only a one-year, sub-$1 million contract to join the Giants has officially paid off.
"I'm extremely excited," Mitchell said. "It's always been a dream of mine to win a championship. It really puts into perspective the reasons why you play this game."
