The Giants released punter Tom Rouen, who could not handle the ball on place-kicks. Check in on the Giants latest roster moves

The Giants signed Tony Simmons, who was inked and waived last week, and waived Tom Rouen, who punted for two weeks but couldn't seem to handle the ball on place-kicks...

The Giants also signed linebacker Brad Rice to their practice squad. He takes the place of WR Derek Dorris, who was signed to the active roster on Saturday.

Rice was originally signed by the Giants as a rookie free agent on April 26. He was waived on Aug. 26. As a senior at Idaho, Rice had 106 tackles, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
