The Giants signed four players and allocated them, as well as two other players, to NFL Europe for its 2003 season. NFL Europe kicks off its 11th season on April 5.

The Giants signed Pat Crummey, a guard from Youngstown State, Taman Bryant, a tight end from Rowan University, Brad Harris, a defensive tackle from Pittsburg State, and Josh Hotchkiss, a linebacker from Western State.

In addition, David Thompson, a wide receiver from Holy Cross, has been reinstated from the team's Reserve/Retired list. He was also allocated to NFL Europe.

The sixth allocated player is Steve Cheek, a punter from Humboldt State.
