‘Coughlin became more of a friend than he was a head coach’ I’d have to say that I’m blessed to make this team. I had a lot of prayers answered on cut-down day (Sept. 3). I found out around three in the afternoon. It’s unfortunate because when something like this happens, you lose a teammate and you lose a friend (Jesse Palmer). But I’m obviously happy, my whole family is happy. Now it’s just a matter of continuing to learn and get better.
