Rodney Bailey signed a one-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals on April 13, 2007. He has packed and unpacked his game in more than a few places.
2007
Bailey was active for all 16 games with the Cardinals. He registered at least one tackle in 11 games.
2006
Played in 12 games with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He celebrated his 50th game with Pittsburgh on Sept.18. Bailey finished out his sixth season with six tackles.
2005
Bailey signed with the Seattle Seahawks on Sept.14 after being cut by the New England Patriots following preseason. Bailey spent the first eight games inactive with the Seahawks, but tied a career high with four tackles versus the New York Giants on Nov.27.
2004
The Patriots placed Bailey on injured reserve in August after a season ending achilles tendon injury.
2003
Bailey saw action in all 16 games for the Steelers. He contributed with nine tackles and two sacks for a loss.
2002
The Steelers relied heavily on Bailey his sophomore year. He paid them back with his biggest numbers in the NFL. Bailey played in all 16 games and earned 5.5 sacks, 25 tackles and two pass deflections.
2001
The Steelers selected Bailey out of Ohio State in the sixth round (181st overall) of the 2001 draft. He recorded one tackle in his first NFL action. He finished his rookie campaign with 12 tackles and two sacks.
